- Start Internet Explorer.
- From the Tools pull-down menu, select Internet Options.
- Under Temporary Internet Files, click on the Settings button.
- Under Check for newer versions of stored pages, select Every visit to the page.
- Click OK to save your changes.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select the Trusted Sites zone and click the Sites button.
- Make sure Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.
- In the field Add this Web site to the zone: type in citadon.co.uk, and click the Add button.
(citadon.co.uk should now be added to the list of Web sites.)
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down until you see Browsing; Verify that Reuse windows for launching shortcuts is un-checked. (Disabling this function will ensure that any URL links you select from an email notification will open in a new browser window rather than overwriting any content or information displayed in an existing browser window.)
- Scroll down until you see Java (Sun); Verify that Use JRE_1.5.0_XX... is checked.
- Scroll down until you see Security; Verify that both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked.
- Click OK to save your changes.
If you have Windows XP with SP2 installed, please follow these additional steps below:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings...
- In the field Address of Web site to allow: type citadon.co.uk, and click on the Add button
- You should then see citadon.co.uk under Allowed sites.
- Click Close to save your changes.
